Underfoot, a durable X10 carbon rubber outsole delivers dependable traction and abrasion resistance for high-mileage training. Up top, a breathable engineered mesh upper offers step-in comfort and a secure fit that adapts to your foot.

• MIZUNO WAVE plate stabilizes and supports moderate overpronation. This plant-based plate is made with BASF's Elastollan N Series, a 50% bio-based TPU.
